It does what it says! It’s not a general purpose spatula, but if you or someone in your life can’t throw out a jar until it’s scraped clean, this is the tool for you! Husband is obsessed with scraping the last mL of anything out of the jars and the shape and stiffness of this tool does the job without frustration. Now my Dad wants one too. The gift that keeps on giving? Anyway 5-stars.

Sturdy and slender can easily mix starter my sourdough starter in a wide mouth jar. I bought it because a lot of spatulas are flimsy. This one is awesome!
